I defy the MN jury to find a reason for someone to wear this

Yes. I judged. And sniggered.

I am evil.

And yes, I saw that thread the other day about them, and posted on it, which made it all the worse.

harleyd · 23/04/2009 19:49

Disenchanted3 · 23/04/2009 19:49

What if you are carbooting in october??

Greensleeves · 23/04/2009 19:49

I think it's rather nice

maqrollelgaviero · 23/04/2009 19:50

my dh sincerely belives that anyone wearing a wolf / animal fleece is both evil and sinister ...

mrsmaidamess · 23/04/2009 19:51

Its like one of those Magic eye pictures on that link.

They sell those on Ideal World shopping channel. They sell out. EVERY FREEKING TIME. And its always the Triple XL that goes first.

TheLadyEvenstar · 23/04/2009 19:52

elderly ladies wear them don't they!!1

JackBauer · 23/04/2009 19:53

She was standing just inside a door at DD's school so I could only see her top half and I triple-taked, then had to stare for a few minutes while I focussed, then just went 'Woah' and legged it down the street to DD's door.
Luckily she had her back to me as it would have been quite obvious what I thought.

And weirdly, it was so hot today she was the only person I saw wearing a coat

One of my ex-MBs would love this, she has a load of fleeces similar to this. She loves any kind of animal though and a lot of her clothes have animals on them.

Not my cup of tea and sooooo not flattering on ANYONE!!

FlyMeToDunoon · 23/04/2009 19:54

Yeah my mum was wanting a fleece and I threatened to get her one with dogs on.

JackBauer · 23/04/2009 19:55

Disenchanted - but you don't have to wear one, you don't ever have to wear one.
Unless you are doing it for a bet.
For a shitload of money.

The only way you could top that sighting is to see a man and wife in His'n Hers matching ones

BooRadders · 23/04/2009 20:00

So..where can i get one..no two..dh would love one also.

weblette · 23/04/2009 20:04

Sorry Norbert, I can lay claim to such a sighting. Very very frightening...

SerendipitousHarlot · 23/04/2009 20:04

Oh mother of God. I can't tell you how much I hate those jackets

Greensleeves · 23/04/2009 20:07

What's wrong with it? [bemused]

I like wolves, and moonlight.

lou33 · 23/04/2009 20:07

i do wonder sometimes if people get dressed in the dark

MintyyAeroEgg · 23/04/2009 20:08

Pmsl.

I can't believe what I've seen with my very own eyes. And double that any of you have actually seen them in rl and seen rl people wearing them. How can it be?

Rindercella · 23/04/2009 20:08

I saw someone in our local town centre wearing one of those the other week. My 19 mo DD kept saying "woof woof woof" (loudly) at it as she is obsessed with dogs (ok, I realise those are wolves, DD doesn't. Yet).

Ohforfoxsake · 23/04/2009 20:08

Tsk! I hate threads like this with a passion. Who do you think you are?

oh, actually, fair comment.

As you were.

Gentle · 23/04/2009 20:09

I remember a series of the Apprentice where someone picked these for the QVC sales task

Everyone on the team thought it was game over but it turned out to be the best seller of the hour!

OrmIrian · 23/04/2009 20:10

I like wolves.

But not to wear.

perma · 23/04/2009 20:10

My SIL has one (she's 38) & one with llamas on too - I'm saying nothing
