AIBU to be sad I'm allergic to new perfume.

I fancied a change of perfume, and got a new one today. However when I used it (having bought it) it made my eyes water and me sneeze.

I only sprayed a tiny tiny bit in the shop to see if I like the smell so didn't notice it then.

So sad, as smells nice and can't be bothered/afford to get another to replace it.

Unfortunately the only ones I'm not allergic to are Chanel's - not sure if DH believes me on that one though

what if you spray some in the air and walk through the mist, or else spray some on your clothes ?

Was it really awful could you persivere for a day or 2? I often get this with a new perfume the first couple of wears no idea why.

Glad its not just me. I think it seems to only last for a while - I've stopped sneezing now so think I will perservere and mainly spray it on my clothes.

I'm allergic to perfume, just give up now. Don't think it will get any better.

If it isn't reacting on your skin, could you just dab it on your wrists rather than your neck?

If it starts reacting with your skin, you'd have to give up on that.

I mean give up spraying it near your face (I assume it was sprayed around your neck when you had the reaction?) not give up on life totally
