No reason in particular... I have very bad pmt.

Even his breathing is irritating me. The way he eats, walks, coughs...

AIBU? Is there a medicine I could take?

Chocolate is what is usually prescribed for this condition.

2shoestrodonalltheeggs · 07/04/2009 22:24

wow that is a painful thing to do

fryalot · 07/04/2009 22:24

I kinda want to tell you YABU

but I don't dare

so YANBU

PussinJimmyChoos · 07/04/2009 22:25

At least it's only his head she wants to put in a blender not his ahem...well, actually...which head did you mean??

LadyOfScoffleTheEasterEggs · 07/04/2009 22:26

He may end up like this!

LadyOfScoffleTheEasterEggs · 07/04/2009 22:28

Or this!

retiredgoth2 · 07/04/2009 22:30

...do you own a very large blender?

Or does he have a long, thin head??

Hassled · 07/04/2009 22:34

YANBU. I get like this. The breathing thing especially - why does it have to be so loud, FFS? Just don't break the blender - they don't come cheap, you know.

SerendipitousHarlot · 07/04/2009 22:47

Hahaha at the pics

He's always ill as well. And sometimes he talks to me like he's my dad. And he digs into the butter instead of scraping.

sigh

LOL at digs into the butter. My dh butters his toast, then puts the farking breadcrumey knife BACK into the butter to get some more and leaves the butter all breadcrumey.

And his breathing annoys me too!!! What is it with men breathing so loud.

thumbbunny · 08/04/2009 00:22

YABU - blenders are a real nuisance to clean out when full of splinters of stuff, use the rolling pin like normal people!

Loud breathing, loud chewing, loud swallowing, loud walking - DH does all of these and sometimes I just can't imagine how I'm going to cope with living with it for the rest of my life...

toomuchmonthatendofthemoney · 08/04/2009 00:31

when i have pmt like that, i would put him in (industrial) blender feet first, just so i can watch his expression change as the blades work their way up.....

grrr at the butter thing, dh can't put anything away back in its place and our kitchen is a shoebox, the fridge is about 2 steps from anywhere so you think he could manage to put the butter back in before it becomes milk soup??? apparently not (kill emoticon)

wine, chocolate, kettle chips, hot water bottle, trashy magazine. go girl.

Niecie · 08/04/2009 00:45

God yes, the breathing! Men aren't born with nostrils, they are born with wind tunnels.

I have 2 DSs too and they are shaping up to be noisy breathers as well - is there an operation - apart from blending that is?

DH had a cold a couple of weeks ago and hasn't stopped clearing his throat every five minutes.

He's gone to bed but he is still making his presence felt by snoring so loudly I can hear it through the ceiling. again.

purpleduck · 08/04/2009 00:47

oooh nametaken - cross contamination is forbidden in this house.
Toast crumbs in butter, butter in the jam

...urrghh!!! It is so disgusting.

gingernutlover · 08/04/2009 07:57

oh god yanbu

its the way he breathes, bends over to eat his dinner, leaves dirt on the floor, crumbs in the butter, he even coughs too loudly for my liking, and he is totally unable to do any job around the house properly or at the time it needs doing .

And then he wonders why he doesnt get much bedroom action????

lizziemun · 08/04/2009 08:50

YANBU.

I'm encourging (SP) dd's to share a bedroom, so when ds (3 wks) goes into a cot i still have a spare room to banish for him to sleep in.

I've solved the digging/crumbs in butter probelm by him having flora (YUK) and me and dd's having butter.

MrsMagooo · 08/04/2009 09:14

YANBU - although I suggest a vice may work better

As for medicine a bottle of wine with a straw in the top will soon have you feeling better!
