Hope the weather holds for them - it's absolutely gorgeous up here at the moment

YANBU. My DH works away for big chunks at a time and sometimes I look really forward to him going away for a while. Then again, I do look forward to him coming back .

YANBU or weird. You've spent all these evenings, probably thousands, with your partner, a change will be great and you may even enjoy how much you miss him!

Have a bath without anyone wandering in for a pee, watch a film you love or have the TV off for the evening and read. Starfish in the bed. Sounds lovely, enjoy it.

ChippingIn · 07/04/2009 19:59

I'd be more worried if you weren't looking forward to it!!

ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love it when DH works away
It means I can have beans on toast for tea and get the remote all to myself
in fact, I like it when he just goes to Tesco's on his own
