Watching Eastenders again and I wondered how can Eastenders get away with glamorising the cool Phil Mitchell who is to be quite honest a thug.

We have seen him hit women, flush Ian's head down the loo, and just be a vile twat yet BBC seem to glamorise him and his family.

Agree with you twims, but isn't it like the Krays in that they only do it to their own and to those who deserve it, ie not any innocent bystanders. Although in Phil's case I do think that Ian would count as an innocent bystander.
