just how i am feeling at moment

is my birthday today and have box of chocs beside me and enjoying having one every now and then and can tell I am getting full. However due to go out for dinner tonight and would rather just finish the chocs!

Oh have them. You are allowed to gorge yourself on your birthday - it's the law.
