I just 'explored' what he thinks of men that do, and he weasled and wormed and wouldn't commit to anything much. Did say that he thought 'there might be an element of fear and paranoia' motivating a man's desire to penetrate a secret female space.' A (slightly controlling)discomfort with being shut out.

Also an annoying swaggering of liberal credentials re involvement with childcare etc.

But also (when we put his liberal hat on) he said that men who preferred the company of women but were straight might be accused of predatory-ness (I know it's predation, predants) and that that's less likely online.

He does think that they (and all of us) should get out more though.
