Because I do

Yes, ok, it would better to eat just raisins, without the chocolate, but raisins are raisins, yes?

Yes, and so are fig rolls

qwertpoiuy · 03/04/2009 20:06

How about Terry's Chocolate orange?

ScottishThistle · 03/04/2009 20:06

Jaffa cakes count as oranges yes!?!

MillyR · 03/04/2009 20:08

I would say yes on the raisins, although you'd have to eat a lot of them, but no on the jaffa cakes.

twoluvlykids · 03/04/2009 20:12

That's fine.

You know my DH says jam is one of the 5 a day, as it has fruit in it.

And yoghurt (but he's a numpty!)

gonaenodaethat · 03/04/2009 20:19

Wine. That's grapes.

And cheese and ONION crisps.

One of my friends says in her house carrot cake counts as one of their five a day....

EasterEggsintheSky · 03/04/2009 20:23

What about M&S strawbs in white choc?

flubdub · 03/04/2009 20:24

Dont forget the lemon in your gin.
The tomato on your pizza.
The gerkin on your burger.
The grapes in your wine.
The apples in your cider.

Your 5 a day can be achieved so easily y'know!

I was actually being serious, I feed them to my fussy four year old and do a mental tick, whilst feeling that I probably shouldn't.

But now I'm seriously sidetracked. Wine? crisps? Jaffa cakes ? All count? Wow, my diet has been a lot better than I realised all these years

they do

and wine gums as they have real fruit juice in

twoluvlykids · 03/04/2009 20:25

How about a huge slice of fruit cake? That must have 4/5 different fruits in - sultanas, cherries, mixed peel, raisins...there you go, 5 a day in one easy slice
