Ok I know my freind is a busy person.
but surely it would only take her a minuit to message me on fb or email me.
I sent some stuff into school for her, I know she has it.
ok it cost me nothing.
but nor does a thank you.
add to that she made a big thing about ds going to a meeting on sunday, so that her eldest would have someone to hang with.
so I drag ds along........her son is off doing something else.
cvould she not have phoned/emailed/sent a pidgeon

YANBU

As you say, it is only a moment's effort to e-mail/text/fb.

Your friend might be busy (aren't we all) but she is also RUDE. TBH not letting me know her DS wouldn't be there after making a big deal of my DS being there for company would be the bit that pissed me off frustrated me the most.

Texting takes but a minute....

Do you give to recieve? maybe she will thank you but something has come up? maybe she thinks youve already debited your friend ship accountand you owe her anyway? maybe she would be pd off knowing you discussing it here? maybe if she is a true friend you could call her and say you are disappointed shes not mentioned your efforts, and maybe if you dont feel any of the above are valid she isnt worth the bother and its time for new friends instead?!
