Ignore if this makes little sense, am a little tipsy.

Right, twas my aunties hen night tonight. Original plan was that my mums husband would pick me up and take both me and her to the venue. This went ahead as planned however the party finished at 1am. My mum wanted to leave at 12am. I begrunginly agreed ... despite the fact that I hardly EVER get a night out and really wanted to make the most of it ... it was agreed that her husband would pick us both up at 12am.

When we got there however, my auntie said there was room in the mini-bus for another person and they would drop me off after 1am.

My mum said she didn't mind. I agreed and so my mum went home at 12am.

For some reason I feel incredibly guilty. I don't know why, everyone else says ai SHOULDN;T.

should i feel guilty;?

No not at all! Both you and your mum got to go home at the times you wanted and you got a proper, well-deserved night out!

Why should you feel guilty? You mum didn't mind, her husband was having to come out to pick her up anyway so it's no skin off his nose that you didn't need the lift in the end.

Get yourself to bed and stop fretting
