who pass you from department to department, you give security details each time, matter is sorted twenty minutes later AND THEN they say.
" are you interested in..." (sales pitch) as if I'm going to stay on the phone for another minute after all that no matter what they were trying to sell me?

YANBU

Makes me grind my teeth...

YANBU, I phoned a credit card company to activate my card and they bombarded me with insurance for every possible unfortunate outcome in life, they had me on for 10 minutes. I had my computer on at the time and found a video of a screaming baby, I played it and told the -annoying- helpful sales -tosser- person that my baby was upset and I had to go, it worked BTW.

Sorry for typos, they should have been crossed out (losing my mind what with all the getting angry about credit card companies etc )

I rang up and cancelled my card, the man said he would send me a letter to comfirm but i never got one. Instead i got a letter a few days later to say they had lowered my APR? I have no idea if it's been cancelled properly now?

YANBU.

Crying baby -
I have been known to ring the bell which makes the dog bark... and no one can have a conversation with that racket going on
