I have been completely bunged up since becoming pg and feel a lot like elvis at the moment....its so bad I actually think labour and shifting some 'waste product' seems like a good idea!

nappyzonecannotcycleuphill · 23/03/2009 12:44

if your due soon and planning a water birth i would ring them and ask them to get a biger net ready instead of the little tiddly ones they normally use!

YANBU I am really looking forward to the gas and air I love that stuff.
They should hire it out for parties and weddings everyone would have a blast .

Good luck for the labour BTW .

sunshineandshowers · 23/03/2009 12:59

Have a large bowl of branflakes tomorrow morning with prunes. Then stay in.

.

You might find a longish walk could kickstart something as well.

SheSellsSeashellsByTheSeashore · 23/03/2009 13:14

lol @ comewhinewithme. I think the promise of more gas and air would be the only thing that DH would be able to do to convince me to 'try one last time for a boy'

YANBU op. Have you tried prunes?

rolandbrowning · 23/03/2009 13:59

I too often think longingly of gas and air. Dodgy blokes sell it for £10 a go at music festivals.

TeddyBearCoalman · 23/03/2009 14:04

YANBU -

I remember really looking forward to going into labour with DC2, as it would mean a rest from DS1.

tessofthedurbervilles · 23/03/2009 14:31

Ah an idea has formed.....maybe ex dp should come in to the labour room with me. Nothing would give me greater pleasure than cr*pping all over him like he has done to me.
Loving the gas and air....this just gets better and better!
