To want to bill Virgin Media for trauma after they made me lose a skirt which I really didn't need to buy?

This morning I was going to buy a gorgeous skirt from Monsoon which was half price. Really stunning it was. I have absolutely no need for it and would be struggling to find a suitable event but at least if it were in my wardrobe, it would be mine, all miiiine, ya ha harrr.

So I clicked 'buy'. In my basket, hurrah! Then my internet access packed in. I rushed to the phone to call my ISP. By the time I'd finished on the phone to the very helpful chappie from Virgin Media, I clicked back and...it had gone. No longer available. Someone else had bought it.

My purse is now better off, but, understandably I have suffered PTSD and suffered loss of earnings as a result of my Great Skirt Loss and I feel that the only way to mend my broken heart and mind would be to demand a couple of thousand smackers from Sirrr Beardy Richard. Surely this is not unreasonable?

God, you're right. Clearly the depression is affecting my self-worth.
