Trouble is, they are seasonal and I may starve to death the rest of the year....

They are so yummy though...

Maybe I'll get some for Mother's Day!

I love them too. I rarely got them as a child, so I am making up for lost time

blametheparents · 18/03/2009 12:51

Delicious!

squeaver · 18/03/2009 12:53

You are absolutely not being unreasonable.

But the great thing about them is that they're seasonal. The waiting makes them taste all the better.

Did you know that one year, they introduced Creme Eggs all year round and their overall sales were significantly down?

shirleyc · 18/03/2009 12:53

stock up on them like a squirrel!

dmo · 18/03/2009 12:54

i cant have them in the house or i will eat them all hoping for a mini egg easter egg from DH wonder if they do them in double giant size?

bumpybecky · 18/03/2009 13:02

yanbu

ThePFJ · 18/03/2009 13:03

Have managed so far to eat 3 mini-egg easter eggs I was supposed to be saving and 2 full packets of them in the last few days. Am sure that if I keep going on like this my LO will have a mummy who not only eats mini-eggs but actually has taken on appearance of a giant mini egg too.
Poor mite.

lauren61 · 18/03/2009 13:05

ThePFJ · 18/03/2009 13:19

Down with creme eggs! Boo hiss etc.

OP posts:
Madsometimes · 18/03/2009 13:28

I was sick on creme eggs when I was 11, and they have not been the same since. Having said that I did eat one yesterday because it was in the house and no-one else will touch them.

Yes, I eat chocolate that I do not like just because it is chocolate.

ThePFJ · 18/03/2009 13:32

mrsgboring · 18/03/2009 13:35

YABU - you can't eat them for breakfast; for that you need creme eggs

Op do you mean the candy coated chocolate mini eggs or the creme egg minis?

ThePFJ · 18/03/2009 13:36

You CAN eat them for breakfast. You just need REALLY small spoon. Honest.

ThePFJ · 18/03/2009 13:37

Alibabaandthe40nappies · 18/03/2009 13:39

Ahem - may I present the giant double sized mini eggs Easter egg!

Giant egg

YANBU - I love these. Whenever we get a pack DH doesn't get a look in. However I think he eats them at work so that I can't steal share.

ThePFJ · 18/03/2009 13:41

must...stop....drooling....

-adds a webpage link to the giant egg on DPs desktop as hint-

frumpygrumpy · 18/03/2009 13:42

eggs = omega 5 = health food = stairway to heaven = sainthood = mean to be

frumpygrumpy · 18/03/2009 13:42

erm.... meant to be meant to be

peppapighastakenovermylife · 18/03/2009 13:45

Not at all. Im sure there is a government recommendation to eat a wide variety of colours? Have a feeling this applied to fruit and veg but must be transferable to mini eggs surely.

wabbit · 18/03/2009 13:46

the only unreasonable thing about your lifestyle choice - is that those of us on a diet can't join in!

ThePFJ · 18/03/2009 13:49

ROFL peppapig!
