The calls can be traced if it is happening frequently. Call the police?

CCTV them, record them and get the calls traced.

but you have to wonder about the fathers mentality, he seems to think this kind of behaviour is fine, he saw ds in the street the other day and shouted abuse at him!!

if you ring bt they have a thing which you can try free for a month i think it is where you can block numbers from ringing you its called choose to refuse. if its weithheld you just dial a number immediately after they ring and it blocks them. its very good!!

If it's proof they want, then you're gonna have to give them proof. Film it. Set camera up and on throughout the night.

I don't see how the police and HA can refuse to act once they see video evidence of vandalism to be honest.
