i mean, completely and utterly sick of it.
i have been menstruating for nearly a quarter of a century now, and except for the odd time out for pregnancy nd breastfeeding. ... it has gone on for long enough. so why is it that i now have spent the entire last month bleeding. surely i deserve a rest? blood, bleeding, period pain, and rash from constatnly wearing a pad.
aaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrghhhhhhhhhhh...

please dont tell me to get a grip. that there are other things to be stressed about etcc. sob, i just want some sympathy.

If you have been bleeding the entire month you should see your gp tbh.

I always had horrendous periods, really heavy and painful so you have my sympathies. Started on the contraceptive injection last year which has stopped them completely .

I believe the pill also lessens period pain.

Obviously my posts aren't helpful if you're ttc - sorry. Bed, hot water bottle and bar of choccy?

no. definitly not trying to conceive.
just want the bleeding and the pain to stop.
i know i should go see the gp. trouble is, its not heavy serious bleeding, and the pain is just low level, always there, rather than sharp knife blades, take me to a&e now type pain.

Get yourself a mirena implant. I got one 4 years ago and haven't had a period since. Got rid of pre-menstrual mood swings too. Best thing I ever did.

Yes, go to the doctor. It's been a long time, and there's no need to suffer just because it doesn't feel life-threatening.

Hope you feel better soon.
