DH has just come in and gone completely off the rails at me all because I've got his t-shirt dirty. AIBU to think its really not that bigger deal?? it was only about £12 and it was dirty when I used it anyway! if he'd asked me nicely I would have bought him a new one when I went out later but I'm not now.

AIBU?

Sazisi · 13/03/2009 14:34

LoveBeingAMummy · 13/03/2009 14:55

It could be him cause the puntuation is different....

mayorquimby · 13/03/2009 15:02

cue "of course yabu to clean up dog shit"

followed by troll reply of "what even though the dogshit in question was after being smeared on my face by him after he beat me and the kids up, and doesn't pay child support.i also think he might be a member of the bnp and fathers4justice, how can you say iabu????????????"

DSM · 13/03/2009 15:04

Its not 'that bigger deal', its 'that big a deal'.

Pedantry over.

wabbit · 13/03/2009 15:08

I'm still waiting for more... dogshit, ewww! I would chuck it out even if it was MY shit (an' I do little round pebbles and sometimes re-eat it as it's got undigested bits in

wabbit · 13/03/2009 15:09

Poo to the pedantry! take it too a pedant thred

DSM · 13/03/2009 15:14

thred?

wabbit · 13/03/2009 15:15

TeenagersScareMe · 13/03/2009 15:49

Sorry about that.

I'm not a troll. DH maybe is

Basically the dog has the shits. We have just had new flooring put down in the kitchen and when I saw the dog squatting I grabbed the first thing I saw which was a dirty t-shirt.

Of course I never expected him to wear it again and as I have said, I WAS going to replace it.

YABU to omit doggy-doo factor from OP.

Longtalljosie · 13/03/2009 15:55

YABU. If my husband used my T-shirt to clean up dog shit (or in our case cat shit!) I would freak. What the hell is wrong with kitchen roll?

Simplysally · 13/03/2009 15:56

I'd get a new dog .

Stretch · 13/03/2009 16:03

Or a new husband?

beanieb · 13/03/2009 16:28

ok - if the first thing you had seen was a dress of yours that you quite like, would you still have used it?

I can sort've see why he might be pissed off if it's one he liked.
