Phew...long winded I know.

A while ago there was a thread on a Friday night regarding a mum who was having difficulty believing her daughter had been abused by her partner.

About an hour before I stopped reading (1am -ish) some people suspected a 'troll' and it was very upsetting, particularly for some lovely people who were trying to help.

Can anyone lead me to that thread or let me know what happened please?

I am not very good with navigating my way around,not sure how to find it. Also, fascinated by 'trolls'. Never heard of it before, how can someone DO that??

RnR, I think a lot of people will not want to revisit such an unpleasant topic...but I do understand your curiosity.

Fwiw the OP came back to the second thread and said they would like to update for those interested - but afaik hasn't returned since.

There was a lot of toing and froing prior to this, without agreement being reached - obviously none of us knows whether it was genuine or not.
