To not walk to talk about fat over lunch?

So first date, the man tells me he has had a gastric band fitted. This made me feel a bit queasy anyway, especially as I was eating but I didn't show it. He then starts going on about how he may have to have a tuck but he's hoping to get the extra skin back into place with exercise etc.

I'm really trying not to be a bitch here but AIBU to think this is not a great conversation for a first date over lunch? Totally put me off.

Blllleeeeuuuughhhhhh!

Maybe he was trying to show what an upfront and honest guy he is (clutching at straws...)

Don't get me wrong, I admire how well he has done with the weightloss. He won't tell me how much he used to weight (not that I want to know anyway) but he has apparantly lost over 10 stone so I assume it must have taken a huge effort and a huge change in lifestyle and I admire anyone who can turn themselves around like that but .... TMI! surely!?
