yes, it's normal. Don't worry.

Lizzylou · 26/02/2009 10:52

Of course, hope you have an OK day

roulade · 26/02/2009 10:53

Just try and chill out on the sofa with your dd watching kids films all day

My 'time off' is when I go to work. I stopped working for a couple of years after dd2 and I am so much happier now that I a back.

I sometimes feel a bit that dd1 can't dance on a saturday as there isn't always someone who can take her due to me working but she does enough. Far more than she would be able to if we only had DH's wage.

I feel like this all the time!

hannahsaunt · 26/02/2009 10:58

Gosh - v normal. I'm at home with a chicken pox boy; this is day 4 and cabin fever has definitely set in! Would that I were able to clean though! My house is a midden and pox boy doesn't really aid the cleansing process and is too little to watch TV. But as you say, we are v blessed.

Sending you my sympathy. Had DD with chicken pox the week before last, then hubby home all week for half term and for some reason I find it almost impossible to get anything done when he's home.

I felt guilty about being stressed/bored too, until I realised that other than my parents and DH I hadn't spoken to another adult for nearly a fortnight!

Can't say I'm desperate to go back to work though....

Ahh thanks. Nice to know im not the only one out there. Hope pox boy gets better soon.
