I have a three year age gap between my children. By the time ds1 was 3, I was 38 weeks pregnant.

Now, I'm a thrifty soul, and I was damn sure I had saved all the clothes ds1 grew up in. I put them all in bin bags in the attic.

What with one thing and another, I don
't go in my attic whien I'm preghnant - I barely fitted through the hatch and was very overweight anyway - couldn't pull myself up.

So when I asked my then partner to go up and get the clothes, imagine my surprise when he came down with three carrier bags full, and said there was nothing in there!

Anyway ....

I bought a torch yesterday. A very powerful one. And I am a lot fitter than I was 3 years ago. And I was pretty sure I saw some carpet in the attic last time I was up there, that I hadn't seen come down, and my landing is bare.

So I haave just come down from the attc, and with my I have brought 3 FUCKING BINLINERS FULL OF NICE CLOTHES THAT ARE COMPLETELY USELESS AS THEY ARE NOW ALL TOO SMALL for Ds2.

I think you have to move on from being cross with an ex-partner for things he did when you were together .

What you do, is you label things Beer n Boobs before you shove them in the attic. He will then be able to find them at any time, in 10 seconds flat, in the pitch black.

Alright, alright. I know. I have arranged to pass all the lovely little Next jeans and OshKosh jumpers and Gap coats on to a friend. Ds2 has been living in second hand Asda, but I will restrain myself and NOT rip a strip off ExP. I haven't mentioned it.

There is a whole binbag of clothes that do fit him anyway, so all is not lost
