I've never seen such a load of gooble-di-gook. It's really quite staggering just how bad it is. I have no fecking idea what they are charging me for and why. which is saying something seeing as they've taken 7 pages. to fail to communicate anything useful at all. and to cap it all the customer service line which, according to the bill is open til 10pm, is devoid of real people after 9 pm.
