I get a question right on University Challenge. I always feel a little pleased with myself as most of the questions are very hard!

Me too. Especially if its something that dh doesn't know.

Glad im not the only one. I nearly burst with pride when I managed to answer all the 1st picture round questions last night!

I once watched a repeat catchphrase at lunch and when the same programme was repeated without dh knowinh in the evening astounded him with my cleverness.....

lol at catchphrase. I don't watch U-C, but I get the same smugness from QI, and as I've seen most of them more than once, and DH hasn't...

I knew the one about Lamaze last night....

How do the contestants know so much?

I'm exactly the same with U-C, get so happy if I get even one right, although the last time I watched it the only one I knew was about Deglet Nour Dates.

I get quite smug when I can understand a UC question sometimes!
