It's down to each member what they are called. It doesn't make them an evil cow/psychopath/someone to avoid. Look past the name and see the person inside. She's lovely. Names mean nothing.

You are not unreasonable to find it offensive - if you do, you do. . It's up to you. Different people are bothered by different things.
