My DP has a credit card with Sainsbury's bank. We are not using credit cards anymore - chopped them all up!! Just clearing up outstanding debts (its a slow painful job but we are getting there!). So - on his sainsbury's card he owes £1.25 that is one pound and twenty five pence, just incase anyone thinks ive made a typo. He is a bit forgetful so forgot to pay this - got a letter from the bank - rung them up to pay it, girl on the phone says, Oh Mr X, don't worry, we have written it off. That was the week before last - since then we have had two bills and a letter threatening further action!! FFS!!! Its £1.25 that he TRIED to fecking well pay! Now they have sent out two letters which probably cost more to send than what he owes
