why not, it is basically all anyone does on mumsnet these days

Dropdeadfred · 16/02/2009 20:09

yup

Rhubarb · 16/02/2009 20:10

Could I do a little follow-on do you think?

not unreasonable to fart, but only as long as you don't wet-fart in them. For wet farts, you must wear your dp's pants.

WouldYouCouldYouWithAGoat · 16/02/2009 20:11

only if you piss in a bottle as well

Rhubarb · 16/02/2009 20:11

Ah better go change then.

mamadiva · 16/02/2009 20:16

I hope not or I guess I was totally unreasonable for shittin myslf earlier

Although I do have sickness and shitz so must've gagged to much ... hmma

Stayingsunnygirl · 16/02/2009 20:50

I would say that it's definitely more ladylike to fart in your own pants than in someone else's.

Though I believe that the Queen never farts - she has a footman to do it for her!

SweetAudrina · 16/02/2009 21:13

Fart under water, it intensifies the smell and makes it oh so much more satisfying.

EsmeWeatherwax · 16/02/2009 21:17

And the bubbles tickle. Although the hum is a bit of a turn off.

CharleeheartsherChains · 16/02/2009 21:20

Lol at this thread.

My BIL farted in my hallway on Saturday and the smellonly went yesteday evening. dirty git i wish he has waited and farted in someone elses pants that weren't in my house.

RnR · 17/02/2009 19:22

My DH farted once and it was so vile that it made my cry.

cheshirekitty · 17/02/2009 19:35

What if you don't wear pants?

RnR · 17/02/2009 19:50

Well then, I guess this thread doesn't apply to you.

Perhaps you should start a new one.

AnnVan · 17/02/2009 20:22

I had serious farts on Saturday - guess friday's chinese wasn't so good. DP also had the farts - his definitely trumped mine, we had to evacuate.

HairyMuff · 17/02/2009 20:23

Farting is the only form of communication some days in this house.

RnR · 19/02/2009 11:47

Hee hee....it creates alot of laughter in ours.

AliceTheCamelHasGotTheHump · 19/02/2009 11:50

What have I missed? I could do with a little mumsnet nonsense.

Mspontipine · 19/02/2009 12:01

YANBU if you're wearing plastic pants and it stays contained within. Otherwise public farting is absolutely vile - except for my own of couse - they always smell beautiful!!!
