for the second month running we have been charged for 3 porn movies that we didn't order! I know it wasn't DH as he doesn't know the pin! Has anyone had this problem with virgin? I'm furious.

nope, never had a problem with them at all. annoying though, do they know why it's happening?

He may have phoned up and told them he's forgotten the PIN - as long as he can answer the security questions they'll probably reset it.
What are the dates/times on the movies (it will be on your bills) - does it coincide with anyone being on their own downstairs?

I have many many problems with Virgin Media and am currently in a dispute with them over my tv package.

I have never had this problem. I have been chraged for porn but DH knows that so long as he pays for it he can watch what he likes so didn't bother denying it. He also does not know the pin. But figured it out. Is it someones DOB? or the classic 1111, 0000?

Agree also. Virgin would have reset it for him.

seriously he doesn't...his name isn't on the bill so they wouldn't give it to him, plus they have been in the small hours and he doesn't stay up late watching tv...he never uses on demand and wouldn't remember the pin if i told him, it's not like i keep it from him or anything!

I know he didn't order them...some men are trustworthy you know!

ds is 5mo so i doubt it was him they have just agreed to investigate since it happened twice in a row.

ps he would just tell me if he ordered porn, i wouldn't be cross!

It might be next doors bills. We once left Virgin after they kept disconnecting me instead of next door.
