i got a baby jogger citi mini, and i think its fab!. shamelessly avoided the quineys and all tiny wheels, and the strange big wheel little wheel buggys(sorry i know they're in but i just dont get them). i cant believe how easy the citi mini is to fold, and its so easy to push. dd loves the hood -she pulls it right down an hides! . its wrong to feel so satisfied by a buggy, isnt it ? lol

YANBU.....I adore my P&T.

Woooozle100 · 06/02/2009 23:04

loves a strong word yr using there. And to be 'in love' - wow!

Never had feelings like that for any of the buggy's I've used - they've been alright, perfunctory.. could be better in some respects, have more storage etc. Swings and roundabouts. You've obviously found the complete package. Well done

LackaDAISYcal · 06/02/2009 23:04

and I was secretly smirking at all the little wheeled buggies struggling in the snow this week when we were just motoring through it

Jux · 06/02/2009 23:06

YANBU. I felt the same about my beautiful Mac Classic when I first got it. I remember just sitting gazing at it; I wanted to have it's babies

dsrplus8 · 06/02/2009 23:08

pixie- you just know when you've found the one! lol .LackaDAISY lol at snow, its true that small wheels are sh*te at snow and mud! ,need big wheels- have big needs!

i was undecided between the p&t, the mountain buggy and found the baby jogger by accident, was in shop and once i saw how it folds i was hooked! TBH it looked crapolia online, but in RL its minted! , and bargain at £150 (p&t is one sexy buggy but a wee bit expensive)

I just googled it and it looks lovely.

ikwym about the P&T, but we needed a double but wanted the option to go back to a single when my toddler is walking more. P&T the only one that fitted the bill. It suffers from lack of storage though!

YANBU

I'm still in love with my bugaboo - especially this week when I used it two wheel mode over the snow

dsrplus8 · 06/02/2009 23:32

well done you for thinking ahead! ive just sold my double (cosatto duet lite), loved it but ds4 walks now and only needed a single and as dd4 is too big for her little pink stroller(o baby) i treated her(and me) to her fab new citi mini!. i love the colours on bugaboos, its the wheels i cant get my head around, dont know why but i still think different size wheels just looks wrong!(must be getting old fashioned)

www.bambinodirect.co.uk/details2.asp?ProductID=831&name=baby-jogger-city-mini-single.html did it work?

drlove8 · 07/02/2009 00:29

yeeeehaaaa!!!! i did my first link!

MrsGokWan · 07/02/2009 00:37

Well done drlove

Hmm! I can see why you love it. But would it fit a toddler?

drlove8 · 07/02/2009 00:43

YES , my dd4 is 3, shes tiny, but twin brother ds4 had a wee climb into and he was very comfortable!, hes not too tall, but hes a chunk! . does up to 5 years!, which is why i went for it (or another bigger bugger) as dd4 wll be in buggy for at least another year.(shes SN).

MrsGokWan · 07/02/2009 01:08

Hmm! think it might be time to butter up DH

vole3 · 08/02/2009 06:43

Still love my
iCandy
I have got the other set of wheels to turn it into a 4 wheeler, but it is a bit of a faff. I have seen someone with the extra kit to turn theirs into a twin buggy iCandy pear and that is quite impressive although I think the folding ease might be compromised somewhat.

Sarahandmax · 11/02/2009 13:57

I love my Icandy pear too! The 'pip converter' pops out really easy - and it means I can fit a double in my tiny weeny boot Love that I can use my pear as a single, even bought the Apple carry cot for when it's just be and the baby.

drlove8 · 11/02/2009 21:16

nice looking , icandy.

Nightcrawly · 11/02/2009 21:18

YABU. Its...a...buggy.

eandz · 11/02/2009 21:22

...i'm unashamedly in love with my pram as well. so in love that i'm thinking of pimping it out whenever my son gets better.

Sheeta · 12/02/2009 15:09
