To be upset facebook comments?

I posted some photos of my family on facebook. They were mainly taken over christmas. Anyway one of my 'friends' (not a close friend, just someone I work with) has posted a load of comments on them.

Like on a photo of my DH she's put "big bum" and on another one where he's bent down she's put "shit, where did the sun go" and then on a photo of all of us she's writen "Hi Freezing, Hi kids, Hi fat bum"

She doesn't even know us that well and all my family will see these comments.

Should I mention it to her or just let it go?

can you delete the comments?

or remove her as a friend?

fruitshootsandheaves · 05/02/2009 22:03

delete the comments and ignore

GivePeasAChance · 05/02/2009 22:03

Erase her from your friends list immediately and while you are at it,fuck it, remove your profile completely.

Facebook sucks

What a weirdo, cheeky bitch . Has she ever met your DH? I would have to say something.

thisisyesterday · 05/02/2009 22:05

blimey, what a weird thing to do... i agree, can you delete them?
if not then I would send her a message saying that you don't appreciate comments like that on your pcitures

chegirl · 05/02/2009 22:06

Maybe she was drunk when she made these hilarious comments

thisisyesterday · 05/02/2009 22:06

ahh no, you can delete comments!!!

if you go to your photos there is a bit you can click on that says "view comments" and you can delete individual ones

Hulababy · 05/02/2009 22:07

Delete her as a friend. Delete her comments.

Thanks, I've deleted them. She has only seen DH to say a quick hi to but ages ago on a works night out she made a joke about him having a "massive arse" but she was drunk that time so I just let it go.

Why would someone do that to photos though? I know it's stupid but I feel quite upset about it. I'm just glad DH didn't see them first.

Because shes a horrible bitch.

Now go on her profile and put a few choice comments on her photos.

She can hardly complain!

GivePeasAChance · 05/02/2009 22:30

Just a thought that it might not have been her who put the comments on - may have been a 'hilarious friend'.

Just all seems a bit too strange for a colleague to have done.

independiente · 06/02/2009 16:42

Agree with GivePeasAchance - Facebook is dire!

Ha Ha, She sounds hilarous, not. How incredibly rude and immature. I can't tell you what to do about it, that's your call, but I'd be offended and highly irritated.

mylifemykids · 06/02/2009 20:55

Does he have a big bum?!

Maybe she really fancies him and, after her comment to him whilst drunk when she met him, she's just following on from that hoping to get his attention!

Delete, delete!

2pt4kids · 06/02/2009 21:00

Delete her as well as the comments!

random · 06/02/2009 21:02

just delete her comments and her

electra · 06/02/2009 21:07

That is horrid

I would remove her and delete.

Juicygirlpink · 07/02/2009 08:30

Hey absolute-

everyone is right, well done on the deleting!

I used to be a massive fan of facebook now hate the bloody thing, I decided to come off for good just before I got married last year because

1- a so called 'friend' thought that it was an appropriate way to ask if her mum could bring her boyfriend to my wedding???!!!

2- another so called friend when i asked 'please dont put any snaps of the wedding on her' replied with 'next you will be wanting me to sign a confidentiality clause'- how rude is that. The reason I asked them not to do it was that I had tried really hard & had been sucessful in loosing weight & toning up for my day, I wanted to remember it as it was the best day of my life not by unflattering photo;s of me that someone pissed had taken!

So It was nice to know when i fell pg in sept I chose who & when to tell them my news & avoided all lets be honest shitty comments from 'friends'.

I was a little scared of joining this site tbh because memories of facebook came flooding back but, its really different people are honest but still nice & as I now understand it has a totally different concept to.

anyway after all that waffling all i say is give the whole facebook thing the boot!!!!

LoveBeingAMummy · 07/02/2009 08:42

Defo delete the friend - you can then delete the photos and upload again. I don't understand where these comments are coming from to someone she doesn't even know????

HecateQueenOfGhosts · 07/02/2009 18:22

Why is she so fixated on your husband's arse? Weirdo.

welshbyrd · 07/02/2009 19:06

does this person know your partner more than you, because it seems all the nasty remarks are aimed at him, could he have upset her in some way for her to type this stuff, because its quite a odd thing for someone to do for no reason. Delete her and her comments too

mrsdisorganised · 07/02/2009 19:08

I would delete her asap!
