I want to get rid of woman for no good reason

I have a problem with one of the women from school. We started talking, got quite chatty, she invited me for coffee etc but I really cannot be friends with her and its something that is totally not her fault so I feel horrid for it.

I know she is going to keep on at me unless I tell her directly. How can I keep this nice without offending and upsetting her??

She just has the most annoying eyelashes. Everytime she speaks to me I just focus on them and it really, really irritates me. I feel like poking her in the eyes. Just thinking about it now is making me cross.
