Poor bloke though, he must be at the end of his tether, not that it helped you with his late night phonecalls etc but he must have felt really desperate.

Oh well done! It is so great when a situation is resolved like this. I read the other thread and I have to admit I would probably have suffered it whilst getting more and more passive aggresssive with him or would have blown my top. Neither reaction would have helped, I am really glad you found a result that helped everyone
