Join the club, sister.

IwishIwasmoreorganised · 29/01/2009 16:33

How very rude of to you even suggest that you might be BU!

fryalot · 29/01/2009 16:34

YANBU.

YABMNN (you are being Mumsnet normal)

welcome aboard

mylifemykids · 29/01/2009 16:34

I do it too. I even spend my day thinking 'oo that needs to be posted on the AIBU' board. I've usually come to my senses by the time I've logged on though and I usually am BU!

fufflebum · 29/01/2009 16:34

I just cannot stop.....

EachPeachPearMum · 29/01/2009 16:37

fufflebum · 29/01/2009 16:38

We are all either very sane or all completely bonkers....which is it?

Should we not be having a life.....

mitchy I think it's an excellent idea- I want it for driving home from work, so I can catch up on threads.

IwishIwasmoreorganised · 29/01/2009 16:39

Flufflebum - whereabouts are you?

You might unwittingly meet some mn'ers on the school run - they're the boden clad ones talking about fanjos!!

MitchyInge · 29/01/2009 16:40

it would be cool if it was voice activated too

is there a podcast I can download? sort of like mp's roundup but with more stuff in it?

I volunteer to do some of the voices for it

mrsmaidamess · 29/01/2009 16:41

Mitchy, yours is the best name I have seen on here in a long time.

fufflebum · 29/01/2009 16:45

If I 'fess where I am I might blow my cover!

As for the Boden stuff it is all some people want to talk about. I am still wearing stuff I bought before DD was born!!!! (It doesn't fit too great now though!!!)

Must go as DS has just woken up and I MUST cook some dinner!!!

I will miss the voiceover idea. My DD is my running commentary I don't need anything else! Don't we all hear voices in our heads all the time?

Ps love the MitchyInge name too!

OP posts:
MitchyInge · 29/01/2009 16:47

thank you

(for the avoidance of doubt, I haven't got one)

IwishIwasmoreorganised · 29/01/2009 16:47

Start with being vague!

I'm in Wales

As for Boden - I've never bought anything from there, but I am quite new to mn myself so there's stll time!

fufflebum · 29/01/2009 16:51

MitchyInge glad to hear it!

Found mumsnet over christmas and just can't stop.
Mitchy love, love ,love the idea of a mumsnet podcast it would be the perfect solution to my R4 rants.

What was your first post?

I confess my first was on slebtwaddle, but YE GODS that woman drives me mad.

I was so glad to find somewhere i could randomly rant out to the world and then read another thread nodding in agreement.

nannyogg · 29/01/2009 18:29

I have often wished, whilst bored out of my head at the gym "if only there was some way I could MN and do 200 calories on the treadmill at the same time"

Podcasts a brilliant idea..

BONKERZ · 29/01/2009 18:30

LMAO.....Have been here now for about 4 years! YANBU!!!!

EachPeachPearMum · 29/01/2009 19:29

Maybe there is a program that can read the threads out?
Perhaps WannaBe would know, or someone else with VI?

CherryChoc · 29/01/2009 22:51

Ooh I'm going to have to find some software which does that, just a sec...
