I've had my statement telling me that my monthly direct debit will increase from £33 to £75 a month. I've phoned them, I couldn't really understand what was being said but I think they've increased it because I've spent £26 more over the last 3 months. As soon as I said I would pay the £26, settle my bill and look for another phone line provider I was told the dirct debit fee will remain the same and I will be billed for the £26 in April..... I think!

YANBU
The utility companies really bug me too. They get high handed with our money, yet they're the ones supposed to be providing a service.
