I'm so happy that everyone got out of the Hudson River crash, but they've just shown the YouTube footage of that Ethiopian jet that crashed on water with a voice over saying that most on board were killed. Why show that?

I agree, I hate seeing things where I know people died at the time.

I have been looking for videos of the hudson crash simply because I know everyone survived and it's such a miracle to hear of a plane crash like that and know there were no fatalities.

I hate seeing the 9/11 planes flying towards the buildings, I just picture what the scene must be like inside the plane, all those people know they have seconds of life left horrible.

Exactly, i just get the feeling that footage of people alive & getting off the plane wasn't sexy enough so they padded it out with the 'here's what could have happenned' excuse.

Hudson picture to cheer you up Look how bad the situation was, they all got out. Pic shows the plane just as it landed, all on its own, still with a trail in the water and traces of spray in the air. No rescue boats, nothing - yet everyone is alive. I love that picture, haven't seen it on the news sites. It's made me smile/weep all day (Thanks Grego the photographer)
