11 (yes that's 11 as in more than a decade!) years ago dh and I were newly weds staying for Christmas with his parents. AS we were leaving he asked me if I had the train reservation information and I replied 'No you're the reservations rabbit' Cringeworthy enough you may think - but it was said in the hearing of his entire family - all of who fell about laughing! Dh was very embarassed and has never let me forget it. He bought it up again tonight and I asked him what the term limit was going to be - he declined to answer. Apparently calling your dh a rabbit in the hearing of his family is one of those things for which you must pay lifelong. So I am being unreasonable to want him to stow it - or was my crime really so greatas to justify bringing it up decades later?
