Have been distrubed all day by a bloke who seems to think its fun to sit in his car with the radio as high as it can go, blaring out music. He first started doing it at 8am, wasn't to bothered as was getting dd ready and dressed to go out. He sat in the car for about 45 minutes with some crappy Europop music blasting out. It was so loud I could hear every word of the song inside my house. Went out and came back and as I was letting myself into house saw the bloke walk out his house, get in his car and turn music on again. He has still sitting there now and the music was so loud that dd could't have her afternoon nap it was disturbing her so much. I don't blame her, it's distrubing me too. I just don't get it as the bloke is about 30 and sitting in the car on his own. He has a nice house opposite so it's not as if he has nowhere to go. I could understand it and would be more sympathetic if it was a couple of teenagers doing it.
So far haven't said anything but can feel my blood boiling. I'd like to be able to enjoy my day off with dd but this idiot is ruining it. Should I just sit inside quietly seething and hope he goes inside soon? This happens about a couple of times a month...
