on some totally fictitious inquiry?

Cos OMG the Irish one is gorgeous!

We are living in the middle of a building site at the moment, while the Quarters (Its a Army base) and moving from the house we are in, into a lovey new refurbished house tomorrow.

Which means that this set of builders will be moving on, to another part of the site, so wont get a chance again

Still will be able to ogle the Aussie roofer who will be doing the houses opposite tho

shoshe.....i wish for hot sun for you than you can witness a couple of diet coke breaks!!!!!

travellingwilbury · 08/01/2009 12:21

You could always offer them a cuppa

stoppinattwo · 08/01/2009 12:24

or a little light refreshment

Shoshe · 08/01/2009 12:24

Stoppin, he only has a t shirt on [sigh] it is sunny here

I have been ogling for the last two months

I think its the accent as well

DH asked m something about the new house and I said 'ooooooooh I will just go ask George' and off I trotted.

When I got back, DH said 'How do you know he is called George!!'

Well I did have to ask him to move his van didn't I, so that I could park to get the mindees out.

You could always break a shelf or something and get him to come and bring his tools round

Shoshe · 08/01/2009 12:29

Stoppin you really have to come and look, there are lots of FIT young men just meandering about outside my house

Surely they would appreciate some tea and biscuits

travellingwilbury · 08/01/2009 12:34

Bacon butties are always a winner .

Or you could just sit then and drool a bit longer

Shoshe · 08/01/2009 12:37

I would but I have packed the frying pan

But it did man I could stay in the kitchen a bit longer gazing out cleaning the windowsills.

OP posts:
BouncingTurtle · 08/01/2009 12:39

They must be the cleanest windows in Christendom then

Shoshe · 08/01/2009 12:40

No just the window sill, I wouldn't clean the windows even for the diet coke break

Wish I'd seen this earlier!

I locked myself out in my dressing gown once, luckily, there was a VERY lovely Aussie builder next door with a ladder. Thankfully, my bathroom window was open.......

I HAD to offer him tea ALL day to show my gratitude. Turned out to be a bit of a plank but still the worth the view!
