To think this mother should have more sense?

I got a phonecall from the school today to say that DD had been 'bumped' by another child and had a cut above her eye. When I saw her it was actually quite nasty. I asked what had happened and she said "Coby" bumped heads with me. The thing is, this injury would never have been so bad if Coby wasn't wearing goggles. And not just for DD but for himself also. Apparantly this has happened a few times with him and its always the goggs that cause the damage, both to himself and others.

Obviously he can't help having to wear them but his mother insists on him wearing them in PE too which is when stuff like this happens.

I think Coby is going to end up as Prime Minister with this level of support, with or without the goggles.

Go Coby!

Calm down, guys, don't scare the OP off, having read this thread all the way through, I really want her to come back and explain herself.
