after she has spent half an hour painting it with juice and it is a big pile of mush.
she is now screaming the house down.
She is 5 btw not a toddler.

no and you must not give it a second thought. tell her why and leave her to it.

no but maybe you could make some together tomorrow but tell her you will put it in the bin again if she does the same again

Not as mean as me. I threw away every felt tip pen in the house last night, following a similar messy incident. And tonight I threw away their dinner when it got chucked around the dining room.

Maybe the season of goodwill is getting to us
