Thorntons are too grown up for kids. Same as Ferrero Roche (sp?)...they're strictly for grown ups!

I've told the ds's that Mummy's chocs (Thorntons, Lindor etc) are spicy and they wouldn't like them!

Mum got me a box of truffles from Slattery's in Manchester. Even DH isn't allowed to try them.

There may be a crumb at the end which he can sniff. perhaps.

DS put a box on his xmas list, he has his mums tastes

Means I dont have to share my box from DH which he filled with my favourites so no horrible alcohol flavoured ones.

YANBU, we saved the chocs until after my sis had taken her 5 kids home and mine had gone to bed.
My sis always share really expensive chocs with her kids, I wouldn't give them 2!
They had lots of their own choc BTW
