a multipack christmas card from DS for his first christmas?

It could have least been a mummy card!

And it was 3 days late.

Do you think i am being ungrateful or not?

I just wanted one i could keep to remember DS' first christmas with.

whats going on maf? stay calm and breathe deeply and slowly. Are you doing that tummy thing? push your tummy out when you breathe in and pull it in when you breathe out. It will help and will give some thing else to concentrate on which is what you need to stay calm.

I get that a really sharp pain in the middle of of my chest when I am having a bad attack my neck and shoulders also ache. Its from heaving whilst trying to breathe.

You need that ambulance. NOW.

u need to phone them it will only get better with help i promise you they can help my chest was hurting so much my subutomal wasnt working they came out when nebuliser didnt work i was given a shot of hycorzone (sorry about spelling ) and it went within minutes

Call the ambulance, it's what they are there for!!!!!!!! My brother has asthma attacks, and from what I've seen they can easily give you a steroid injection and sort you out now, rather than be in a real mess in an hour and need admission!!!

Im sorry but what do you want us to do? We are not trained professionals we are randoms on an internet forum. Call an ambulance or NHS direct. Update us by all means later but go and get some help now.
