I travelled to Eurodisney with my son who has special needs for christmas. I asked for assistance at check in at St Pancras to help me get my very very heavy bag on the train, when there was no one there i complained by the time we got it sorted out my son had got very angry and distressed, a flaming man came up and was saying calm down.. i replied that if they had helped us when they were supposed to he wouldnt have got angry and got on the train in tears!
Coming back wasnt much better,,,,,,, we were left in a ticket hall with 500 other people going no where for an hour and a half!! Then when we went through the metal scanner there was a man sitting there looking very menacing with a truncheon that he was tapping on his lap!!!

I Feel a very strong letter of complaint going to Eurostar!!

Sorry you had a bad experience...

We travelled to EuroDisney on Eurostar in the summer with a 13YO, 10YO and 4 month old baby and they were great...

Sorry, I know that's not what you want to hear, but their service is usually good, IMHO..

Oh dear, yanbu.

Write your letter, I'm sure you will make your point well.

I hope the rest of your trip went well.
