To start writing my 2009 Diary?

I need to transfer some stuff in there - dates, contacts etc.

I remember hearing somewhere it was bad luck to do it before the New Year so the big question is:
Should I get on with it or would that be tempting fate?

I have had a bad enough 2008 without tempting more bad luck for the sake of a couple of weeks.

I've never heard of it being bad luck. I've already gone through my calendar and diary for 2009 and put in birthdays, anniversaries and a couple of appointments - I've an ultrasound on 2 Jan so if I waited to fill it in I'd probably forget LOL

If you have the time now, I think it is a great idea. My online calender family and business diary all in one thing has repeated dates and appointments in it right into 2010!!

I work from an academic diary so I put some 2009 info into it way back in July.

it's only considerted bad luck to hang a calendar early- not heard that about diary

Some of us got appointments for 2009 weeks ago, so there are dates in mine already.

Just get on with it!

My dh works shifts and so I have written his shifts for the whole of next year in my 2009 diary, I did it in October.

Thank you people, I am not normally particularly supersticious but every so often something will stick on me and I start whatifing.

I shall get on with it. Phew!
