Hmm
maretta · 17/12/2008 20:51

YABU. Parties are not compulsory.

melpomene · 17/12/2008 20:52

thread about another thread, methinks

maretta · 17/12/2008 20:52

Do you really organise a party for what your daughter will get in return.

Second thread tonight about people wanting to get their money worth of party. What on earth is that about? If that is why you organise a party for your children ,maybe you should stop!

YABU

Gorionine · 17/12/2008 20:58

other very unreasonable thread I did not bother to post on

LynetteScavo · 17/12/2008 21:02

You get your moneys worth by inviting lots of children to your DD's party, and therefor getting lots of presents, and possibly making a profit.

Gorionine · 17/12/2008 21:03

Sorry dilemma did not realise was still steaming from the other one!

cornsilk · 17/12/2008 21:03

Yes you need to invite at least 30 chn to start making a profit out of parties. If presents get duplicated you can always sell them on ebay.

Gorionine · 17/12/2008 21:03

Should read I did not realise.

YABU. Do people honestly think like this? This is along the same lines as, "I spent x on a presant because that is what it cost the parent to invite my DC"

babylovessanta · 17/12/2008 21:04

...

Coldtits · 17/12/2008 21:06

EachPeachPearMum · 17/12/2008 21:09

thread about a thread? naughty naughty
But yes- the other was trez bizarre no?

piscesmoon · 17/12/2008 21:20

I haven't read the other thread yet so assume this is a troll. Whole class parties are mad, if people want to do them it is up to them but there is no way I would do it!

missymum · 18/12/2008 20:01
