he wont pay for him, wont see him, and wont let me change his name - i need his permission to change it as he has parental responsibility! yet reason he doesnt see him is that he was violent to him when he was a few months old so it would have to be supervised and he wont so its hardly my fault he wont see him is it!! plus the csa cant get any money as he keeps leaving jobs or working cash in hand i think as job seekers apparently not paying him either!!! grrrrrrr

you can call your son another name, any name you like without having to officially change it ifykwim....all doctors/schools etc would have his official name but known as 'xxx' on their notes.

I wouldn't waste your breath. My best mate is having the same issues and it has accomplished nothing. You can't, unfortunately, make a crap bloke have any decency no matter how much you try.

No advice, but like you cant get my ex to pay for our two children either. Csa are useless, infact just sent a letter of complaint to them, not that it would do any good. Hope you ok. How old is your ds?

I agree about just changing the name unofficially

get a photo of your ex and a photo of your DC (or a generic baby) head it up with 'tightwad' list the things your ex would rather spend his money on than your DC (example 'whores' 'viagra' 'penis pump' 'granny porn') and flypostit around his regular pubs/places of work/high street etc.

probably won't make him pay up, but you'll feel a bit better for a while. Then forget the f*cker.

there needs to be a national campaign making it as socially unacceptable to not pay for your children as it is to drink drive. govt spends cash on campaigns against illegal downloading (knock off nigel) but nothing on making 'knock-up Nigel' a figure of scorn. you're not a real man if you don't pay for your children.
