I bought dd some sticklebricks for her birthday in may, a stickle broke off recently, turns out there has been a product recall i call manufacturer who say return to store bought for refund or replacement, they will send out by post if necessary.
Go to argos, i dont have a receipt, which is irrelevant as is a product recall and i am entitled to a replacement and manufacturer have agreed to replace, for forty five minutes i argue with the twats working there, first they say there couldnt be a roduct recall as it isnt on there system and make out like im lying, then they get arsey as i dont have a receit so want to refund me a fiver less than i paid in gift vouchers, i say i dont want that i want money or sticklebricks, eventually they decide upon what i said in the first place, after dd has cried and fallen asleep (she doesnt even nap then was so bored) and the worst part is they kept disapearing to phone head office then came back to talk twaddle as they hadnt listened to what i had said
dd then missed an hour at the soft play centre due to their incompetence
