what WAS he thinking!! My FIL does this as he is a cook chef!! He will move things around and say things like "I think you'll find that much easier" I always change it back not so much to make a point (but a bit) but mainly because I can't really see his point and when you have got used to things a certain way and it works why try and fix it?

BellsCarolsNSleighs · 09/12/2008 19:13

I wouldn't mind so much.. but I now can't just reach and grab without thinking.. andI do the majority of kitchen things.. and now I am going to have to put it all back.. and he is sulking at me, as i don't like it.

BellsCarolsNSleighs · 09/12/2008 19:51

Grr at moving and not even cleaning. When we moved into our new flat I made sure that I was the one to unpack the kitchen stuff because I know where everything should go.

TsarHumbug · 09/12/2008 20:00

I had visions of dh prising cupboards off the wall and nailing them up elsewhere when you said he's moved the kitchen.

TsarHumbug · 09/12/2008 20:02

But yes v annoying. Mine pokes about and throws things away. It drives me maaaad!

I hate it when things get put in the wrong place. we have lived here 8 yrs and Dh still gets it wrong

and another thing, how can they(men) make so much mess making ONE cup of tea or coffee, whats with leaving the dirty spoon in a puddle on the side instead of putting it in the sink? How does he always spill the kettle?
