go for it ... you sound like you had a rough evening earlier!

IllegallyBrunette · 03/12/2008 21:32

Oh I long for fish and chip deliveries, or a chip shop near enough to walk home from without it all being cold.

AlanPartridgeInAPearTree · 03/12/2008 21:33

now you are making me feel hungry (and jealous)

elmoandella · 03/12/2008 21:39

thats a bit greedy.

TheDevilWearsPrimark · 03/12/2008 21:39

I did it, greedy pig I am.

Large chips, thai fishcakes, cod goujons mushy peas , buttered breadcake and a half bottle of white wine.

look out for me posting about awful indigestion in the small hours

LOL at indigestion in the early hours!

oooh mushy peas too, now i really want some

(?? did the half a bottle of white wine come from the chippy too??)

elmoandella · 03/12/2008 21:43

omg

no wonder you'll have indegestion. that would feed my whole family.

what did you have for dinner earlier? hope that was nice and healthy

TheDevilWearsPrimark · 03/12/2008 21:43

IllegallyBrunette

It is not a good thing, not at all!

Worse is fecking Deliverance it has cost me too much money, and too many pounds.

TheDevilWearsPrimark · 03/12/2008 21:45

There's only one fishcake. Yes they do wine too.

I'll probably eat 1/3 of it and feel awful about it later.

Earlier I had a scrappy dinner, just bits and bobs from the fridge.

TheDevilWearsPrimark · 03/12/2008 21:48

ScottishMummy · 03/12/2008 21:48

chuck a pickle in for me

AlanPartridgeInAPearTree · 03/12/2008 21:48

I am having a hard time picturing a chippy that does mushy peas AND wine

good for you, why not, little of what you fancy, once in a while

(I assume you are not doing it every day or we would know about it)

TheDevilWearsPrimark · 03/12/2008 21:49

It's only 5 minutes way, so they travel as well as if I'd walked home with them.

They wrap them in greaseproof paper and a brown bag.

elmoandella · 03/12/2008 21:50

do they have a liquor lisence. or does the delivery driver just get it from cash and carry next door like the one at my mums does? she's in middle of no where and delivery driver knows everyone so willing to do it.

bodiddly · 03/12/2008 21:51

our local fish and chip shops are both awful so I dream of a decent shop that delivers!

elmoandella · 03/12/2008 21:51

no newspaper?

TheDevilWearsPrimark · 03/12/2008 21:52
