Now we're not allowed to pour out thoughts of violence, I don't quite know what to put as my thread title, so I'll just say DAMN CRAZYBONES and DAMN KIDS!

pester pester pester crazy bones crazy bones crazy bones.

so I bought a shed load from amazon.

they arrived yesterday, at which point I was told 'classic' crazy bones are horrible, nobody likes them and so they have chucked them in a corner and only put the others in the bag.

The 'others' btw that to me look no bloody different to the apparently horrible ones. They are all just tiny bits of shitty plastic.

I wouldn't mind so much but THEY were over my shoulder when I ordered and the bloody things were acceptable then!

ARRGGGHHHHH

Kids! Are they trying to drive you crackers. I mean, do they take a course in it or something?

You've got to laugh, haven't you?

well, tis that or sob uncontrollably into your cornflakes and then hit the wine before lunch!!

and why can;t we pour out our thoughts of violence??? I like my axe and the things I can do with it......is it not allowed for fear of judgy-pants being about??

BroccoliSpears · 29/11/2008 10:15

Are we not allowed violent thread titles any more then? Oh good. I was getting antsy about all the gbh swilling around but hadn't got around to saying anything. What did I miss?

hecate · 29/11/2008 10:17

Did you miss the thread about it? It upsets several people. tbh, I think if there are people who care that much about a 'violent' thread title that it upsets or annoys them to read it, then it's better to word the title differently. Because it doesn't really matter to me - I can have a rant without pretending violence and I'd much rather have harmony with fellow mners

really.....must have missed that one then.....straight over my head (so to speak).

nah, will wait until I am drunk and then I can get very imaginative and laugh more

smeeinit · 29/11/2008 10:21

are you serious hecate.....you buy loads of crazy bones for your dc's a month before xmas and they tell you they are horrible and nobody likes them and then chucked them in the corner??

i would have taken them off them and sold them on ebay! how ungratefull.

hecate · 29/11/2008 10:24

yes they did. I just said "oh well, that's all you've got, it's your choice" and went back to watching tv

am liking your calm approach hecate I have to say

smeeinit · 29/11/2008 10:27

gosh you have far more patience then i hecate!
i would have more then proberly gone into a rant about all the familys that cant afford xmas this year etc,etc and then sent them out to work to pay for the bloody crazy bones!!

hecate · 29/11/2008 10:28

ah well psycho, got to pick your battles, haven't you? I don't make excuses for their autism - they still have to learn the rules, but I do remember that when they say something like this, it is just honest, factual, just a statement, not an attack and they don't think about how you feel.

I am working on it over time, but it's not worth getting het up about!

hecate · 29/11/2008 10:29

xposts smee, yup, I find that not caring so much about most things makes for a laid back existence!

OP posts:
smeeinit · 29/11/2008 10:30

arrr they have autism, i understand more now. and definatly wouldnt have ranted at them!!!!!!!

hecate · 29/11/2008 10:36

oh, autism isn't an excuse for bad behaviour. I don't play the asd card! They have to learn to function same as everyone else! I just understand that they think differently and so I try not to get angry over things that might otherwise get me angry, I just try to keep myself focussed on modifying the behaviour over time, iyswim.

Well, mostly I don't get angry! what can I say, I'm human At times I can be found in a corner, wailing "FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE SHUT UUUUUUUUUP"

Anyway - back to bloody crazy bones!

Bastards. Bringing out new sets all the time. Ker-ching.
