So here goes:
Ordered an Iphone 3G on Thursday around 12 o'clock. Ordered a black one. Didnt arrive Friday so phoned Saturday and they said their mistake as credit check format was muddled. Corrected it and said as it was their mistake they would ensure it would arrive Monday before 12.
Of course no phone, was delivered today before 12 o'clock and guess what colour? Yes a white one!
Phoned them to say I'd like them to come and pick it up and cancel the transaction. No that cant be done, you either go the a CPW shop and get a refund or post it back through Special delivery. I didnt agree as why would I want to pay for their mistake(s)? Not going into town with 2 small DC or pay to have it sent back.
They said they are going to phone me back in the next 30 minutes- place your bets now if they will!!! And more importantly will they arrange pick up and refund instantly (not take 28 days!)
